We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Dozer Operator to join our high-energy and supportive team on-site in Wingfield, SA.
This is a hands-on role that will require you to operate dozers on a daily basis, helping to drive the optimisation of our Soil & Sand Recycling area.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the Clean Fill site operations, ensuring activity is in accordance with fill plans.
* Support the Operations Manager in ensuring EPA guidelines are adhered to.
* Report and record all incidents and hazards in a timely manner.
* Assist with implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
* Manage receipt of materials ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
* Ensure all company and hired equipment is maintained in line with manufacturers standards and are always operating safety and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within the Bulk Earthmoving or related industry.
* Must hold a current LZ (Dozer) ticket .
* Knowledge of soil screening and recycling process.
* Current Excavator and/or Loader ticket (preferable).
* Possess sound communication skills with a great work ethic.
* Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision.
* Ability to proactively solve problems and present practical workplace solutions.
