CEO Employment and Remuneration Committee Facilitator
As the Independent Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the CEO Employment and Remuneration Committee through key stages of the CEO's employment lifecycle. This includes recruitment, reappointment, performance monitoring, remuneration, and contract management.
Working closely with the Mayor and Councillors, you will provide expert advice, facilitate constructive discussion, and support the Committee in achieving fair and accountable outcomes.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CEO, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and best practice.
* Provide expert guidance on remuneration packages and contracts to ensure fairness and transparency.
* Foster collaboration and open communication among Committee members to achieve shared goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also have experience working in a similar capacity, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in CEO employment and remuneration.
