Job Title: General Manager - Energy Section
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our energy section and drive growth from a team of 45 to 90.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing engineering and design functions, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions. They will also have the ability to lead and manage a team of advisors, engineers, and designers, providing guidance and support in delivering projects to quality, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the engineering and design functions aligned to the companies Energy projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.
* Lead and manage a team of advisors, engineers, and designers, providing guidance and support in delivering projects to quality, on time, and within budget.
* Achieve growth and profitability targets enabling reinvestment into the business.
* Lead and champion a positive culture of continuous learning and professional development ensuring a fully engaged workforce.
* Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for renewable and new energy projects, considering technical and commercial feasibility.
* Manage and Own the P&L of the Energy division.
