Casella Family Brands, a renowned leader in the wine industry, is seeking a Full time Maintenance Scheduler to join our Packaging Maintenance team at our state-of-the-art facility in Yenda. About The Role
As a key member of the Packaging Maintenance Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our packaging lines through effective maintenance scheduling. Your day-to-day tasks will focus on minimising equipment downtime and aligning maintenance activities with production needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for packaging equipment to maximise uptime and reduce unplanned breakdowns.
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance plans with operational priorities and minimise disruptions.
- Monitor maintenance performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Work closely with the Planner and Packaging Maintenance Manager to organise repair and maintenance activities efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with maintenance data recording and interpretation is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work day shift Monday to Fridays.
