The Opportunity
As a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal, you will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of family law matters, including parenting, property, and complex procedural matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting court documents, correspondence, and affidavits
* File management and progression of matters from start to finish
* Court filing and compliance with court rules and timeframes
* Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and other practitioners
* Assisting lawyers with trial preparation, mediations, and court events
* Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality
About You
* Previous experience in family law as a paralegal or senior paralegal
* Strong understanding of family law procedures and court requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident, compassionate communicator with a client first mindset
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
