About the Role
The Parts Exchange Coordinator is responsible for the provision of efficient and accurate parts advice, dispatch and administrative services to the Division and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage core returns.
* Coordinate parts ordering, receipting, inspection, and allocation.
* Maintain repair status and Machine Card data in Liebherr systems.
* Complete SMU updates, modules, and component change-out entries.
* Produce core, LTP, UXC, radiator, and data audit reports.
* Support shutdown planning from a parts and component perspective.
* Monitor APR fulfilment (5DE, 5EE) and second invoicing.
* Manage radiator repairs and forecasting.
About You
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills
* Time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly customer service focused to be able to negotiate positive outcomes and build relationships and trust
