We're seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our wine bar and bistro - a warm, stylish venue known for its seasonal European inspired menu and carefully curated list of wines from small-scale, independent producers.

About the Role
You'll take the lead in the day-to-day operations of the venue, working closely with the head chef to deliver an exceptional experience from the kitchen to the floor. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of service and floor operations
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a close-knit front-of-house team
Managing reservations, events, and customer relationships
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain consistency and quality
Handling budgets, rostering, stock control, and supplier relationships
Driving revenue growth while maintaining a relaxed, high-quality guest experience

You're a confident, hands-on leader who loves good food, great wine, and creating a welcoming environment. You're adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven venue.
You'll bring:
Proven management experience in a restaurant or wine bar
A genuine appreciation for seasonal European cuisine
Strong wine knowledge, ideally with a passion for a diverse portfolio from low-intervention producers
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Current RSA and relevant compliance certificates
