**About the role**
We have a wonderful opportunity for you to join a fabulous company located in Moonah, Tasmania
You will report to our Chief Operating Officer.
**Key responsibilities of this role will include**:
- Publishing Customer invoices entered into Xero/system
- Verifying Supplier invoices and entering into Xero/system
- Verifying invoices and making payments via bank transfer
- Respond to any supplier queries and follow up on account information
- Accounts, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting
- Customer and Supplier relationship management
- Assist with stock control, stock identification and warehouse labelling as required.
- Inter-company transfers
- Assisting management with various tasks
**In addition, your duties will include but not be limited to**:
- Provide high-level, day-to-day professional and confidential secretarial, administrative and organizational support to the Director;
- Maintain and coordinate an effective calendar and filing system, ensuring that the Director's competing demands are effectively managed
- Amazing time management skills and an ability to work to priorities;
Exceptional organization skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Strong background in Accounts Receivable/Payable. (minimum 2 years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have intermediate level skills in Excel, Xero, Outlook, and Word
- You must have a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Immediate start preferred
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
