PMO Consultant – Adelaide (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a leading consulting environment to deliver a large-scale technology and business transformation program in Adelaide. We are seeking a capable
PMO Consultant
to support the Delivery Lead and broader program team with governance, reporting and delivery coordination. This is a hands-on PMO role for someone who thrives in fast-moving delivery environments and enjoys being embedded in the detail of a program while providing structure and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain RAID logs, dependencies and delivery reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly program status reports
Support governance processes and project controls
Assist with onboarding, system access and documentation
Coordinate delivery milestones and communications
Support Agile and hybrid delivery teams
Maintain project artefacts, schedules and risks
Stakeholder liaison and program support
Ideal Skills & Experience
Strong experience in PMO / Project Support roles
Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solid experience with reporting and project administration
Proficiency with Microsoft tools including:
Excel
PowerPoint
Microsoft Project
Azure DevOps (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
Comfortable working onsite in a client environment
