The Opportunity
As a Café Collaborator you will grow MilkLab's presence in North Sydney cafes by engaging owners, baristas and decision‐makers, building relationships, increasing product awareness and driving sales through sampling, education and service excellence. This dynamic, customer‐facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, quick problem‐solving and action.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas and key stakeholders.
* Promote MilkLab by offering samples, pairing with coffee and showcasing the product features and benefits.
* Provide thoughtful MilkLab‐branded gifts and collateral to thank customers.
* Plan and manage weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by managing follow‐ups, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Gather and report market insights, competitor activity and customer feedback.
* Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
