Your Responsibilities
* Conduct innovative research in machine learning and spatial data management, analysing data and communicating findings.
* Publish and present results at national forums.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, supervise junior researchers, and contribute to the school's research output.
* Contribute to teaching by delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions, while supervising and mentoring students in your area of expertise.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A PhD in Computer Science or a related field, with experience in machine learning for spatial data management and a track record of publications in top-tier venues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
* Experience in preparing funding applications and managing research projects, with enthusiasm for mentoring junior researchers and contributing to the academic community.
