We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Group Marketing Coordinator to support retail, trade, and e-commerce marketing activity across our Group of Companies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple brands, supporting sales teams, and managing retail channel execution.
About Us
ProStar Management provides corporate services and support to our Group of Companies specialising in the manufacturing and supply of aluminium, glass, hardware, cabinetry, and joinery products. We supply major retail partners, including Bunnings, and Trade markets throughout Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support retail and trade marketing initiatives, manage product information and brand assets, coordinate promotional activity, and assist with product training and sales enablement.
You will be the key point of contact for our sales team and other internal stakeholders, ensuring marketing activity is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand and retailer standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage retail promotional calendars and coordinate campaign execution
Maintain and update online product information, listings, and digital assets
Coordinate the creation and distribution of POS, marketing collateral, and branded merchandise
Support sales teams with marketing tools and in-store execution
Develop and manage product training materials for internal teams and retail partners
Coordinate training sessions and track completion where required
Maintain brand asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all channels
Assist with marketing campaigns, projects, and events as required
About You
5+ years' experience in marketing coordination, marketing administration, or a similar role
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
