Overview
The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join their CenSTaR Candidate Pool 2025 / 2026. As Registered Nurses you will contribute to the delivery of professional, high quality nursing care aimed at improving patient health outcomes across Yorke and Northern Local Health Network sites. There are multiple casual positions available for persons willing to work over 7 days and inclusive of night duty. Enjoy excellent team support and exposure to a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions; you will plan, implement and coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. You will also provide health education, counselling and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of individual patients or groups, and provide support and guidance to newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and other workers providing basic nursing care.
Compensation
$37.75 - $51.51 per hour plus 25% casual loading. Casual positions available up to 31 May 2026. Registered Nurse / M1.

What we're looking for
* You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
* Demonstrated experience in providing person‑centred nursing care; you will have effective communication skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads, and be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.
