Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Director
At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Pacific Region. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing business target agreements (BTAs) and setting sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and executes BTAs in coordination with country heads, Business Development Managers, strategy teams, and regional leadership groups.
* Maintains active and up-to-date sub-regional bookings forecast through the use of CRM systems and assessment of the sales funnel.
* Ensures country and sub-region growth targets are being met by deploying services initiatives through individual objectives and developing metrics to measure progress.
* Oversees the Letter of Agreement (LoA) process to ensure compliance and governs the use of established sales policies, guidelines, and procedures among the sales team.
* Drives the implementation of digital tools and ensures high efficiency by utilizing new technologies and processes.
* Segments markets and cooperates with Strategy teams, GSO teams, and regional leaders on strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing & Sales or a related field, ideally combined with an MBA or equivalent Sales & Management experience.
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales or sales support, service business, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
* Fluent in English; additional languages applicable for the assigned region are an advantage.
