You see opportunities, not just tasks.What You’ll Be DoingTaking full ownership of park operations – from housekeeping to guest check-insCoaching and developing your team to create a guest-first cultureDriving business performance with an eye on margins, revenue, and ROIHands on management of compliance, safety, maintenance and presentationCollaborating with our support teams to build the park’s long-term strategy and successWhat You’ll NeedLeadership experience in hospitality, accommodation or tourismA history of successfully managing teams and developing staffStrong commercial acumen and confidence managing budgetsHigh operational standards and pride in presentationIdeally, experience in park development, improvement or transitionA current driver’s licenceA genuine love for regional living — and the drive to bring a park to lifeBefore receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records.
