About the Role
Marketing Manager to lead the rebrand and relaunch of newly refurbished pubs. Lead brand creation and growth initiatives, champion strategies to elevate brand presence and drive impactful campaigns. Responsible for brand identity and market re‐entry of renewed pubs, from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, Format teams) to develop and implement an innovative marketing growth program.
* Lead initiatives to explore new creative concepts and innovative strategies to elevate brand presence.
* Lead end‐to‐end campaign management, coordinating media and creative agencies, overseeing media assets and delivery on time.
* Optimise processes and foster collaboration between external and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee multiple external agencies (creative and media), ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
* Create compelling creative briefs across channels, ensuring on‐brand concepts, clear messages and engaging customer journeys.
* Develop talent pipeline, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
* 5+ years marketing experience, including brand and campaign management.
* Experience developing and executing strategic plans over a 1–5‐year horizon.
* Creative flair and outside‐the‐box thinking; ability to create innovative go‐to‐market ways.
* Experience managing direct reports, external agencies, and briefing creative teams.
* Experience leveraging customer insights to develop plans.
* Strong communication and influence skills across all levels in a complex matrix operating model.
* Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
* Project management and agile mindset/experience.
* Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent.
* Hospitality industry experience desirable.
