This role
As an Account Executive at Employment Hero, reporting to a Sales Manager, you will collaborate with the wider ANZ team to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and communicating the value of our platform. You will navigate the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation, and contribute to overall client success.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Proactively hunt for new business and manage the full sales cycle, consistently achieving monthly quotas.
- Deliver tailored solutions, conduct impactful demos, and engage confidently with C‑suite executives to communicate value and negotiate effectively.
- Partner with the SDR team to qualify opportunities, share insights across the ANZ sales organisation, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) for pipeline accuracy and bring proven SaaS/B2B sales experience.
This will include:
- Drive new business development through proactive hunting with a consultative approach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, conducting demos, presenting and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to qualify opportunities and successfully close deals.
- Maintain a strong and organised pipeline to consistently meet assigned monthly quotas.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to ensure the accuracy and currency of customer data.
Who you are
- Experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales, with an end‑to‑end sales process that includes closing deals and conducting demos.
- Confident in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
