Bring your experiences to our team and help us shape the future.Location: BCE Office - WoolloongabbaWork hours: Full-time Flexible working arrangements availableSalary: $77,979 - $88,120 + superStatus: Fixed term 12mthsAbout The OpportunityJoin a Team that has:Innovative IT department pioneering solutions with technologies such as Microsoft M365 Copilot and ServiceNow.Values-based team making a real difference in the community.Join one of Queensland's largest employers and take the next step in your career.Responsibilities include providing first-level technical support, ensuring smooth IT operations, and resolving client issues promptly and professionally:Deliver high quality service desk services in a client focused mannerIdentify trends, and suggest improvementsEnd-user technology support such as Windows, macOS, iOS and AV equipment.Creation of process documentation, technical documentation, and forms as required.Share technical expertise and business knowledge within the team.Enhancing practices and processes for continuous improvement.About YouTo be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:Experience performing basic user and group administration tasks in an AD, Office 365, Exchange and Azure.Experience in the installation, maintenance and support of personal computer operating systems.Demonstrated experience using IT Service Management tools (preferably ServiceNow) for Incident Management, Request Management, and Change ManagementExperience in a similar position and possess strong problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise workload and tasks, undertaking initial investigations, and resolving issues in a timely manner.Strong communication skills to respond to enquiries.IT or related degree qualifications and /or industry qualifications relating to a complex ICT environment preferred.Eligibility And Safeguarding RequirementsEligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointmentHold of be eligible to hold Positive Notice Blue Card for working with Children.Ability to obtain a National Criminal History check prior to commencement.Why choose BCEBenefitsJoin us and be part of the largest Catholic Diocese in Queensland, nurturing your personal and professional development goals.
