As a Residential Site Manager at Centina, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential projects. You'll be responsible for leading on-site operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, quality, cost control, and program targets are met.
Key to your role will be establishing and managing safety systems, site inductions, and environmental controls; driving quality through Inspection Test Plans and defect minimisation; and managing costs by ensuring subcontractor accountability and efficient use of resources. You'll coordinate short-term and contract programs, liaise closely with subcontractors and suppliers, and report progress against milestones to keep projects on track.
You'll also foster a positive, collaborative site culture by engaging openly with workers, mentoring less experienced staff, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven leader who takes pride in delivering projects to the highest standards, on time and defect-free.
