About the Position
The ideal candidate will be a driven and passionate professional who can effectively oversee and support all service-related activities, including warranty, spare parts, repairs, and service sales nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to generate sales opportunities, customer satisfaction, and product reliability through supply of spare parts, services, and warranty work.
* Manage warranty faults, working internally on root-cause solutions and actively communicating with other departments.
* Motivate, coach, and manage the after-sales team to meet performance objectives, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.

* Ability to create and implement strategies, reports, and new business opportunities, as well as form long-term relationships.
