Tip Top have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to work with the National Supply Chain team and with suppliers and regional operations to track and manage day to day inbound supply, resolving any issues and managing our suppliers' performance.
Reporting to the National Inventory Manager, the Materials Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of materials, goods, and services of stock to all our sites nationally.
Purpose of the Role
- Liaises with regional operations and suppliers to resolve supply issues
- Compiles and maintains inbound supply reports
- Liaises with accounts payable regarding supplier and vendor invoices (as required)
- Follow up with bakeries relating to receipt timing, short supply or delivery Quality issues
- Ensures materials are available at every bakery to achieve production & scheduling requirements in full
- Monitor non supply reporting, investigate reported supply issues, escalate as required
About You
- 2+ years in a similar role preferably within FMCG and direct materials
- SAP experience desirable
- Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
