The Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment (OCPE) is a central agency within the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS), entrusted with shaping NTPS employment frameworks and administering industrial relations services.
Within OCPE, the Public Sector Appeals and Grievance Reviews Division (PSAGR) plays a crucial role preserving merit, integrity, equity, and fairness across the NTPS.

Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence outcomes is essential.
In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package inclusive of 12% superannuation, 6 weeks' recreation and 3 weeks' personal leave, an additional 3-day Christmas closedown leave, 17.5% annual leave loading, flexible work options and a supportive leadership team committed to providing you with professional development experience and training.
