Warehouse Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, operational effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires flexibility, including working every third weekend on a rotating roster.
1. Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude.
3. Safety and Training: Conduct regular safety inspections, develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff, and maintain a safe working environment.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff to achieve departmental goals, foster a positive work environment, and promote teamwork and accountability.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, cycle times, and accuracy levels to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Additional Responsibilities: Provide assistance in front-of-store sales, including greeting customers, answering enquiries, and processing transactions.
