1: The Pharmacy on Northbourne, this position within our Beauty section is not only helping our regular customers but also many visitors to Canberra looking for advice.
2: The Pharmacy on Franklin, ideally suits an experienced Retail Sales Assistant who may wish to work school hours. Someone who enjoys talking with customers, listening and addressing all their Skincare, Beauty and Home needs.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
· Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends
· Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
· Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
· Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
· Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
What We Are Looking For:
· At least 1 year of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)
· Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist will be highly regarded.
· A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
· A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
· A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
· Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
· Strong multitasking and time management skills
· A confident, positive, and solution-focused approach
