Project Controls Professional
Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent project management skills? Do you have experience in financial planning and budgeting? We are seeking a highly organized Project Controls Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
* Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
* Track project expenditures and identify variances.
* Prepare and submit Monthly Accruals.
* Manage client Monthly Financial Reporting.
* Ensure all project documents are organised and accessible.
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data and ensure project control accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
* Expenditure Tracking and Variance Analysis: Track project expenditures and identify variances.
* Monthly Accruals: Prepare and submit Monthly Accruals.
* Client Financial Reporting: Manage client Monthly Financial Reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field (desirable).
* Minimum 5 years project accounting / finance business partner experience.
* Proven Control Account Management experience monitoring and controlling actual control account performance against budgets & forecasts.
* Proven experience with EAC's and revenue recognition in line with percent complete.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Well-developed communication and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
