Providing exceptional solutions and service for all construction, electrical, plumbing, and engineering needs, our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build their HR function and ensure the smooth day to day running of their organisation!
**The Role**
Working in a standalone position assisting the Directors and Senior Management Team you will be responsible for;
- End to end recruitment, working alongside Directors and Senior Management Team
- Onboarding, offboarding, IT access requirements
- Development for all new staff and performance management
- Ensuring to follow all OHS and Anti-Discrimination legislative requirements
- Bi-annual performance reviews
- Providing advice to both managers and staff on employment, terminations, assisting in exit interviews and reviewing employment trends
- Development of HR policies and procedures in line with Fair Work Act and other legislative requirements
- Identifying strategies to maximise staff retention
- EBA agreements
- Employee Relations
**About You**
- 4-5 year's experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level listening skills, attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Extensive experience providing advice and recommendations, performance management, ER issues, grievances
- Confident in working a standalone position
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation
