As a part of our in-store management team, you will support our Hosts & Specialists in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by championing our MECCA Values and embodying our vision to Key responsibilities include: Work closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experienceEnsure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience **What success looks like in this role:*** A minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a Store Manager* A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.* A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships* Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.* An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing othersApplicants will have extensive leadership experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a small/large format retail workplace where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
