Industrials and Energy Client Executive
The opportunity
As our Industrials and Energy Client Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to our clients by understanding client issues and challenges, leveraging the firm’s capabilities to address these and driving new business opportunities to grow revenue and to deepen customer relationship management.
This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
* Global account strategy and sales leadership- driving revenue, sales and relationships on multiple Core account(s); developing and driving account planning and the global account strategy through regular account planning performance discussions.
* Initiating, building and sustaining exceptional client relationships to the most senior levels of the organization.
* Opportunity Management- acting as a strategic advisor on global pipeline execution, revenue plan, deal review and negotiation strategies. Identifying opportunities and client challenges and bring the appropriate EY resources and insights to the client to resolve challenges.

* Skills and ability to drive transformational performance across the portfolio of accounts and solutions.
* Expert influencing skills and ability to build high-impact c-suite relationships quickly and sustain them.
* Strong ability to focus on commercial outcomes that align with the interests of our clients and knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market (GTM) models including social media.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong content expertise (technical/sector) and solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive and account information.
* Ability to team with and influence technical partners to formulate the best strategy to serve the client and ability to bring new ideas and innovation to deliverables with a strong focus on transformative digital, managed service and/or Alliance- based solutions.
* Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.
* Flexibility with the work hours might be required due to work with the clients in varying time zones. Ability to travel will be required.
