The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team in a supervisor capacity. You will play a key role in managing complex commercial law matters, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise a diverse range of commercial law matters, including property transactions, business acquisitions, and leasing.
* Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior solicitors and support staff.
* Draft and review complex commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical and strategic advice.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and support firm growth strategies.
About You
* Admission as a solicitor in Australia with substantial commercial law experience.
* Strong leadership skills with experience supervising legal teams.
* Proven ability to manage high-value and complex matters efficiently.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
