Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team of Debt Management and Account Administration Officers
* Manage daily workflows, including handling escalations and complex cases
* Review and authorise recovery actions
* Maintain accurate records and reports on debt recovery performance
* Identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support the development and implementation of debt recovery strategies and escalation frameworks
