The Town of Claremont seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Mayor.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing schedules and correspondence
* Providing administrative support to senior leaders
* Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
* Coordinating events and preparing agendas and minutes
* Drafting, reviewing and formatting reports and presentations
