* To $80,000 + take home car/fuel + laptop + phone

The Ideal Candidate
The role is flexible and open to a mixed level of experience from 1 + years in portfolio management - the portfolio is a growth portfolio due to ongoing success and growth within the peel region.
* Team player, ability to work within a small team who support one another
* Outgoing, friendly and enjoys a boutique office culture
* Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Deliver a high level of customer service
The Job & Duties
A Far South/Peel region portfolio, starting at around 20-40 properties, which will grow with new business. Take your time, get to know your clients and properties without huge portfolio numbers and pressure.
* Manage a portfolio with full autonomy and control - know whats going on at all times
* Full leasing support from an in house agent
* No BDM or Trust
* Hands on and supportive head of department
