About the role
Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with a capable and committed Executive Team, the CEO is responsible for the overall strategic, operational and cultural leadership of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering the organisation’s strategic vision and priorities
* Leading and supporting high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
* Strengthening partnerships with community, government and stakeholders
* Ensuring strong financial performance, risk management and compliance
* Championing culturally safe, community-led models of care

About you
* Proven senior executive leadership experience in health, community or complex organisations
* Strong strategic, financial and governance capability
* Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal health and community-controlled organisations
* The ability to lead diverse teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships
* A leadership style grounded in respect, integrity and cultural safety
