We are seeking a dynamic and experienced real estate Relationship ExecutiveLead a team of five people and be responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and managing real estate finance transactionsLead and manage a portfolio of large private property clients in our Major Client GroupDo work that mattersAs a Director, you will provide meaningful solutions for newly originated customers and the existing high value property clients who have complex banking needs across commercial and residential property investments and developments.Our Directors are supported by a dedicated team including: an Associate Director, Senior Associate, Associate and Account Manager.
You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to lead real estate transactions end-to-end to further grow our market-leading businessMore specifically, you will:Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing property customers;Drive growth by understanding the objectives and needs of your clients and use your expertise to lead solutions that support their success;Provide your clients with an excellent customer experience;Lead your team to prepare credit memos in line with the Bank's requirements and then coordinate with the relevant internal stakeholders (risk, legal, property finance technical team) to ensure an efficient transaction execution;Coach your Senior Associate and Associate in running real estate transactions including: writing good quality credit papers; running legal documentation processes; and undertaking detailed financial analysis;Own and drive proactive risk management of the portfolio including: covenant compliance checks; annual reviews; and identifying early warning signals including providing solutions to manage emerging risks.See yourself as part of our teamBusiness Banking is proud to support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia.
