Head of Marketing for e-commerce
We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy across three e-commerce beauty businesses operating across multiple markets. Working full time from our Bondi Junction head office.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute fast, and drive measurable growth across B2B and B2C beauty brands. Also for someone who can fulfil all the responsibilities themselves and not rely on agencies or a big team.

The Role
You will own the full marketing function across:
* B2B beauty lash & brow supplies business — based in Australia, UK & USA.
* Also a B2C retail beauty brand, currently featured in Kmart, with multiple products selling out twice.
You will be responsible for aligning strategy, execution, performance, and brand across all three businesses, while tailoring marketing approaches to each market and business model.
A core expectation of this role is to deliver consistent, sustainable revenue growth of a minimum 10–20% year-on-year, through strategic planning, execution excellence, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
* Lead and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, klaviyo email, SMS, WhatsApp, social, paid media, SEO, influencers, affiliates, events, and product launches
* Own marketing strategy, planning, and execution across B2B and B2C channels
* Analyse performance data, SEO metrics, and customer insights to guide decisions and improve ROI
Email, SMS & CRM (Klaviyo)
* Own and optimise Klaviyo across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
* Demonstrate minimum 3+ years of advanced Klaviyo experience across email, SMS, and WhatsApp optimisation
* Build, test, and refine automated flows and campaigns to ensure performance is above industry benchmarks
* Continuously optimise open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue contribution
* Ensure CRM strategy supports retention, repeat purchase rate, and LTV growth
Paid, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
* Manage Google and Meta ad agencies, ensuring KPIs, budgets, and growth targets are met
* manage Social Media Specialist, who looks after influencer marketing strategy and budget, ensuring clear attribution and ROI.
* Plan, launch, and scale affiliate marketing programs to drive profitable growth
Creative, Product & Brand
* Design & lead creative direction across packaging, campaigns, and product launches
* Possess advanced proficiency in design skills for creative execution across packaging, campaigns, and product launches
* Design product packaging and oversee production and quality control
* Photograph products and use AI tools to create high-quality content
* Design video and static creative for campaigns, launches, paid media, SEO, influencer, and affiliate content
Website & E-commerce (Shopify & Amazon)
* Manage Shopify website performance, UX, SEO, and conversion optimisation, and 3rd party apps.
* Hit key e-commerce KPIs, ensuring conversion rate, return customer rate, and AOV are consistently optimised
* Design all website video and static imagery, including homepage assets, product page artwork, and supporting UX creative
* Work with Amazon Agency to optimise Amazon pages, ads and ROI performance.
Team, Community & CX
* Lead and manage the Social Media Manager to ensure optimised posting schedules
* Oversee the Ambassador Manager to ensure consistent, on-brand output
* Manage customer service operations and customer complaints, turning feedback into action.
Commercial & Operations
* Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
* Ensure marketing spend aligns with growth priorities and delivers ROI

What We're Looking For
* 6–10+ years of marketing experience, with 2–3+ years in a senior or leadership role
* Proven experience in beauty brands, across B2B and B2C
* Highly experienced in e-commerce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google & Adobe.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver 10–20%+ year-on-year growth
* Strong experience driving Paid, CRM, SEO, influencer, and affiliate-led growth
* Experience managing multi-channel budgets with performance accountability
* Confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Ability to use AI to enable efficiency and performance.
* Strong eye for brand, creative, detail, and experience in beauty brands.
