Job Description
The primary role of this position is to foster student engagement and support students in their academic growth. This involves working collaboratively with teachers, families, and other members of the school community to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. They should also have knowledge of school-specific software and experience in school administration.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing timetables and student enrolments
* Assisting with class selection, academic reports, certification, and student absences
* Supervising other staff members and overseeing team member tasks and workloads
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. The ideal candidate will also have:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent knowledge of school administration practices
