Restaurant Operations Assistant
This role involves supporting the daily management and supervision of restaurant operations.
* Assist in managing restaurant services to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, coach, and support the food and beverage team to maintain high performance and professionalism.
* Uphold a strong culture of workplace safety, food safety, and responsible service practices.
* Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Chefs to manage stock control, rostering, and cost-effective service delivery.
* Act as the key point of contact and operational lead in the absence of senior management.
This role requires certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
