Monadelphous Group Mining & Minerals North West is currently seeking an experienced Blast and Paint Supervisor to support a range of exciting projects across the Karratha region. In this role, you will oversee multiple coatings, blasting and painting, and mechanical work scopes, providing technical expertise while collaborating with our established Karratha and West Pilbara team. This position offers a diverse range of project work, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working across different scopes and environments. The role is a casual contract, offering flexibility and longevity.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise Blast and Paint crews
* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, quality and client requirements
* Develop and review JHAs, SWIs and permits for critical works
* Liaise with site representatives to maintain strong professional relationships
* Work collaboratively between various disciplines to complete works successfully
* Mentor and develop team members on site
* Maintain strong safety leadership and promote a positive team culture
What you'll bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a blast and paint/coatings supervisory role
* Australian Qualified Blast and Painting Trade Certification (mandatory) with NACE/CSWIIP highly desirable
* s26 certification (or capacity to obtain) mandatory
* Strong background knowledge of project-based requirements
* Highly competent ability to lead a team of quality crew
* Strong commitment to safety with risk awareness
* Desire to grow within your team with dedication to the success of your crew
