We are seeking a proactive, energetic and positive Medical Secretary / Clinical Assistant to join our growing team. This is a clinically meaningful role where you will get to know our patients and contribute directly to their care.
The Role
Based predominantly in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Gosford rooms (with occasional work in Toukley), you will:
* Provide warm, professional front-of-house patient care
* Perform basic clinical observations (BP, weight, etc.)
* Perform ECGs
* Support cardiologists and sonographers with day-to-day workflow
* Assist with patient communication and coordination
Experience in medical reception or ECG recording is desirable but not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right candidate. A basic understanding of medical science or prior healthcare exposure will be highly regarded.
A current driver’s licence is essential, as some travel between sites may be required.
