We’re looking for a detail-focused Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join our professional, friendly team at Bell Conveyancing. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support our licensed conveyancers with a wide range of tasks across residential and complex property matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Preparing and managing conveyancing files from start to finish
2. Handling contract preparation, file setup, searches, and correspondence
3. Answering calls, greeting clients, and managing reception in our Bathurst office (2 days per week)
4. Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, and solicitors
5. Working from home 3 days/week to manage files and meet key deadlines
What You’ll Need:
1. Previous experience in conveyancing, legal, real estate, finance, or accounting
2. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
3. Must be tech savvy with confidence working across Microsoft Office Software, Adobe, and other cloud-based systems. This role is predominately computer based.
4. Excellent communication and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and be a reliable team player
