About the role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children and families and delivering evidence-based, high-quality intervention.
You will:
* Manage a paediatric caseload (0–15 years), including children with ASD, GDD, developmental delays, and other disabilities
* Provide assessment and intervention across:
o Speech and language development
o Early communication skills
o Literacy and pre-literacy skills
o Social communication
o Feeding and swallowing (if applicable to scope)
* Work within a holistic, family-centred model
* Collaborate closely with families, carers, and educators
* Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share case discussions and best practice strategies
* Contribute to collaborative care planning within a multi-disciplinary team of allied and holistic health practitioners
* Have the option to train into the Key Worker Model
* Work primarily in-clinic (approximately 90%), with occasional outreach to schools and homes
* Support regional clients as required

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Minimum of three years recent experience working with children and families (preferred)
* Strong experience in paediatric assessment and intervention
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and family-centred practice
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
