About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Urology & Critical Care portfolio in Victoria. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key decision makers, including procurement, Directors, Nurse Unit Managers, and clinical staff in public and private hospitals.
You will be self-driven and passionate about improving patient outcomes, making this a fulfilling role for someone who thrives in a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including intensive care staff, urology surgeons, infection control, procurement, and nursing staff.
* Achieve sales targets for the prescribed range of products by continually monitoring the market and developing strategies to ensure consistent sales, market share, and profit growth.
* Develop and implement a territory plan, including goals and specific actions.
* Maintain accurate and current CRM databases of all accounts, including activities, opportunities, risks, and customer contact details.
* Ensure customer expectations are met through a collaborative approach.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in sales, with medical device industry experience being an asset.
* Demonstrate strong business acumen and a strategic approach to territory management.
* Experience in Urology, ICU, and critical care environments is highly valued.
* Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and influence.
* Strong analytical skills, including interpreting sales data and clinical information.
* Demonstrated ability to match and deliver customer support with the value of the business opportunity.
