You will be required to:
- Work Monday to Friday 8.00am till 4.00pm
- Hands on, drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management. You will be responsible for a number of works projects
- Work closely with the production teams.
- Work closely with the senior management team with the introduction of new products, ensuring successful implementation.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of precious metals refining programs.
- Work as part of small team and able to work under pressure.
Reporting to the production Manager you will be a member of the refining team and will work closely with all departments including production, smelting, casting and minting facility
- Qualifications as a lab technician
- Computer skills including, MS Office.
- Strong communication (written, oral and verbal) and numeracy skills.
- Strong analytical skills. Statistical analysis skills are preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Eligibility for full time employment in Australia.
- Australian Drivers License
