The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as the Campus Director of our wonderful, Exceeding rated, Williamstown service.
As Campus Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our 5 key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role.
We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy in leading your service, so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer exciting internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety and operations teams.
