* Experience in high-volume restaurants or bars
* A strong passion for their craft and excellent attention to detail
* The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
* A NSW RSA Certificate and POS experience
* Natural energy and confidence with a fun and positive attitude
* An innate ability to engage with guests and enhance their experience
