We are seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to join our management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving daily operations, elevating customer experience, and developing your team through coaching and training opportunities.
As a leader in this role, you will oversee the general running of the restaurant, manage inventory and finances, and ensure overall quality and adherence to procedures.

* Assistant Restaurant Managers: Lead specific systems within the restaurant, support daily management, and proactively improve guest experience.
* Shift Leaders: Motivate and engage the team during busy service periods, champion food safety and quality standards, and lead crew training.
