Job Title: Associate Nurse Unit Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to take on the challenging role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager within our Diabetes Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care to patients with diabetes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Overseeing daily operations of the diabetes service unit, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Providing clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred care plans.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of care.
* Identifying opportunities for service improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
