The role:
1. Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey
2. Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
3. Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
4. Drive & manage KPIS daily
5. Support in coaching & developing your team to foster their development
6. Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets & budgets
7. Support in driving a commercial business
8. Excellent operations & stock management
Experience:
9. Minimum 1+yrs' experience in fashion retail management
10. Positive attitude & willingness to grow
11. Exceptional customer service & styling skills
12. Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
13. Strong understanding of KPIS & their impact on the business
14. Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
15. Ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
16. Self-motivated & strong communicator
