Job Title: Short Term Leasing Specialist
- Focus on ethically closing sales and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Engage with quality clients—owners who value long-term relationships—over volume, as trailing commissions accumulate over time.
- Develop a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads and develop strategies to increase sales.
* Maintain and expand a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
Benefits:
* A competitive base salary: $110,000 + superannuation
* Sign-up commissions on each property sale
* Trailing commissions for as long as the property remains with the company

Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5% commission on each sale, plus 2.5% ongoing trail
- Up to 10% commission on self-generated opportunities from your network, with a 10% trail
