Trainer & Assessor Role
Empower others through education and training as a Trainer & Assessor with our organisation. We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver accredited and/or non-accredited training, conduct assessments, and support participants on their journey toward employment or further education.
About the Role
In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment with modern, up-to-date facilities, developed course materials, and a supportive team that values excellence and compassion. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) and competency-based assessments.
* Supporting students from enrolment through to completion and vocational placement.
* Maintaining compliance with relevant standards and industry requirements.
* Staying current in your vocational area and contributing to course development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on industry experience.
* Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
* Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
